GamePlanLab sends transactional email for:
- Welcome + onboarding drip — day 0, day 1, day 4, day 10 of a new account
- Team activity — lineups published, games saved, schedule updates, messages from other coaches
- Billing events — subscription confirmed, canceled, payment failed
- Trial reminders — at 3, 2, and 1 days before trial expiry
To opt out, the dedicated Email notifications toggle ships with the mobile app and the desktop settings page (both coming soon). Until then, contact support to opt out.
Emails come from noreply@gameplanlab.app. Reply addresses are monitored.
