Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GamePlanLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including coaches, team administrators, and league managers.
2. Description of Service
GamePlanLab provides a coaching intelligence platform that helps coaches build game plans, manage rosters, track pitch counts, plan practices, and organize team information. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered pricing plans as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@gameplanlab.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
GamePlanLab offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, annually, or as one-time season passes as selected during checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
5. Free Trial
Select and Elite plans include a 30-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will send a reminder email before the trial period expires.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GamePlanLab only for lawful coaching and team management purposes. You may not: use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual; upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Data You Enter
You retain ownership of all data you enter into GamePlanLab, including team rosters, statistics, and game plans. By entering data, you grant GamePlanLab a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to enter any player information, particularly information about minors. 8. Intellectual Property
GamePlanLab and its underlying technology, design, algorithms, and content are owned by GamePlanLab and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform.
9. Disclaimers
GamePlanLab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that coaching recommendations will result in specific outcomes. Coaching decisions remain the sole responsibility of the coach. We are not liable for any game results, player injuries, or other outcomes arising from use of the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamePlanLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@gameplanlab.app. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, per our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
