Open Dugout Mode from the dashboard or directly from the planning tool's "Open Dugout" button.
What it does live:
- Pitch count tracker — tap each pitch as you see it; running total per pitcher
- Batter tracker — current batter, on-deck, in-the-hole highlighted
- Mound visits — tap to record; counts toward MLB / league limits
- Shared timer — every coach on the team sees the same timer; useful for between-innings clocks
- Position tracker — adjustments mid-game flow back into your fairness data
When the game ends, tap End Game and enter the final score. The whole game (lineup, pitching, fairness, scores) saves to Season Memory and the simulator calibration starts using it immediately.
Reopen a game from the Season tab if you need to fix anything — the locked record reopens, edits save, and a new history row is created so you have an audit trail.
